Services Offered in and around Philadelphia, PA

Online anxiety therapy for individuals in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

When your therapist does not understand your region’s cultural norms, there can be quite a bit of misunderstanding.

You want someone who can understand where you’re coming from…literally.

Through PSYPACT, I am licensed to offer online therapy in many different states: however, I focus on offering services in places where I am most familiar with the culture of the region: Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

  • If you live in Pennsylvania, but work in New Jersey, we can have sessions while you’re home or at work.

  • On a family vacation in Maine? Our scheduled sessions can go uninterrupted.

As long as you are physically in a PSYPACT participating state, we can work on managing your anxiety…together.

How to Work Together

  • Step One

We’ll schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we will work well together. To do that, send me an email. If we both feel like we’re a match, we’ll go on to step two.

  • Step Two

In our first online meeting together, we’ll take 50-55 minutes to discuss how you’re feeling and try to identify some triggers of your anxiety. We will talk about some of the goals you have for your mental well-being and what it would look like when you no longer need anxiety therapy.

  • Step Three

This is where we get to work. Our telehealth sessions can be every or every other week, depending on your needs and goals. You know yourself best. When you feel confident in managing your anxiety, we no longer need to work together. However, you still have me as a resource when you need to brush up on your coping strategies.
